Oh Cecilia
Last month we got to go back home to Fayetteville, and my parents and Rod's dad came to see us (and well, let's be honest, to see CHARLEY). ;) We just had to go to one of my old faves while there - the Fayetteville Farmer's Market. Always a fun time, and Charley really enjoyed the music! (And the blueberries her new little guy friend kept feeding her!)

The Wiggles
Charley's FAVORITE thing to watch are The Wiggles. I'll try to get her to watch Sesame Street or Super Why or Dinosaur Train, but no - she wants The Wiggles!

Our morning bike ride
It is my goal, most mornings, to go for a short ride on the refuge. Charley seems to enjoy it - although she'd like it a lot more sans helmet!

Reading and eating
Nana made Charley a couple of board books - one in her hats, and another of her family.
And of course, by now, you've noticed that Charley likes to eat!

| Okay, so it's fake food - it's still food! |

To the boatlanding
Paula suggested heading to the boat landing before the big boat opener of the year to enjoy the peace and quiet.

My first haircut
Cutting C's hair, that is.
At first I was horrified at the job I'd done, but after shaping it up a bit, I'm pretty proud of myself.
Gone are the days of the baby mullet...

Building her outdoor kingdom
Charley's favorite way to spend her time now is being outside, or "za-sai" as she says. So, we've been working to accumulate more fun things to do outside. In addition to the swingset and sandbox at the playground we share with the neighbors, we've amped up our own backyard.
Her new car:
Her lawnmower (=mo-ma) - go figure, she loves them.
