Finally - camping!

We had 2 camping trips planned this summer with different groups of friends, and BOTH were cancelled due to weather.  Bummer!  Thankfully, the Jardots were flexible and we were able to reschedule.  Cue - camping at Horseshoe Bend on Beaver Lake.

Unfortunately, we now had soccer to contend with, and by the time we arrived it was after 3 pm.  We quickly set up, and had time for a short swim before a campfire supper.

Hotdogs and S'mores - yum!  Then, with this crew of wee ones - bedtime!!

After a muffin breakfast and another quick swim, we had an early departure.  Next time, two nights minimum!!
